Trustee Linda P. Cavazos will host a District G Parent and Community meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 21 at 9:30 a.m., in the William E. Orr Middle School library, 1562 E. Katie Ave., Las Vegas.
Superintendent Jesus F. Jara will be in attendance. Topics up for discussion include effective parent/school communication, school safety, and working together for increased education funding.
