29 Jul Bank of Nevada to collect back-to-school supplies for at-risk students during August

From Aug. 1-26, Bank of Nevada will collect school supplies for at-risk students who attend schools in Las Vegas, Henderson and Mesquite. The donated supplies will be split among five schools including Sewell Elementary School, McMillan Elementary School and Virgin Valley Elementary School. Bank of Nevada CEO John Guedry said, “We need to make sure our at-risk students —those who may already be at a disadvantage — have all the tools they need to succeed in school.” The public can drop off new school supplies such as notebooks, paper, pens and pencils and backpacks at any Bank of Nevada branch.
