CCSD works with Foundation 99 to offer Financial Literacy and Education to all employees
The Clark County School District has contracted with Foundation 99 to provide employees with financial wellness tools including access to certified financial coaches for financial conversations free of charge.
Foundation 99 is a 501(c) (3) public charity that works with school districts, municipal agencies, and community organizations to deliver financial guidance at no cost to the organization or the individual. These agreements allow for more resources to be directly allocated towards financial coaching and improving outcomes.
“We know that finances are one of the primary causes of stress in our community,” CCSD Superintendent Dr. Jesus F. Jara said. “Through this program, we hope to provide our employees with the tools and resources to reduce that stress and plan for the future needs of their families.”
Foundation 99 coaches will work with employees to provide guidance and support to shift away from potentially destructive financial behaviors, develop individualized plans to establish emergency savings accounts, raise their credit scores, buy a home, or simply make better decisions with the money they currently earn.

Donations to Foundation 99 directly provide opportunities for more financial conversations with coaches for CCSD employees. Donations may be designated specifically for CCSD.
