CCSD Board of School Trustees elect new officers for 2024

Trustee Evelyn Garcia Morales re-elected President of the School Board

LAS VEGAS – The Clark County School District (CCSD) Board of School Trustees elected their officers for the 2024 calendar year during a work session public meeting Wednesday. The Board selected Trustee Evelyn Garcia Morales to serve as President, Trustee Irene Bustamante Adams to serve as Vice President, and Trustee Lisa Guzman to serve as Clerk.

Trustee Garcia Morales represents District C and was first elected to the CCSD Board of School Trustees in 2020.

Representing District F, Trustee Bustamante Adams, was first elected to the Board in 2022.

Trustee Guzman represents District A and was first elected to the Board in 2020.

“The Board remains focused on uniting the community for student success by providing a safe and supportive environment for CCSD students to make the most of their opportunities,” said CCSD President Garcia Morales. “We look forward to continuing this work with our new officers and trustees as we ensure the systems and resources are available for continued academic success.”
