We are Vegas. We are CCSD.

We are Vegas. We are CCSD.

The Clark County School District (CCSD) launched its newest teacher recruitment campaign, “We are Vegas. We Are CCSD.” to attract new educators to the school district.

Through the campaign, the District showcases the spirit, talent and opportunities for potential CCSD educators. The campaign focuses on Las Vegas as the gateway to Southern Nevada, including our rural, suburban and urban communities. The recruitment effort highlights the benefits of teaching in Clark County and the rich entertainment and activity opportunities beyond the Las Vegas Strip.

“CCSD remains focused on providing a supportive environment for all our educators,” said Interim Superintendent Dr. Brenda Larsen-Mitchell. “While this campaign focuses on attracting new educators to CCSD, retaining our current educators remains a top priority for the district as we seek to provide competitive pay and a supportive work environment.”

CCSD continues to recruit, hire and retain educators with competitive pay starting at $54,000.

The District’s campaign launches in California markets starting May 1, 2024.
