Employees can log COVID-19 vaccination results through the emocha Health app or web portal here https://checkin.emocha.com/ccsd.

Supports for COVID-19 Vaccinations

  • If you lost your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or are unable to view the dates on the card, you can access the information at Nevada WebIZ.
  • If an individual wants to acquire a COVID-19 vaccination, please refer to the Clark County Vaccination Site Schedule.

The following vaccination sites are open Monday- Friday from 10:00am- 5:00pm, excluding holidays. No appointment is needed. Initial vaccination, 2nd dose, boosters and pediatric doses are available. All staff, students and community members are welcome to utilize these vaccination centers.

• Sierra Vista High School

The following vaccination sites are open on Monday and Friday only, from 10:00am- 5:00pm, excluding holidays. No appointment is needed. Initial vaccination, 2nd dose, boosters and pediatric doses are available. All staff, students and community members are welcome to utilize these vaccination centers.

• Centennial High School
• Cheyenne High School

These COVID-19 vaccination clinics are available for staff, community members, and students who are eligible and have parent/guardian consent. If an individual wants to acquire a COVID-19 vaccination at a different location, please refer to the information located at COVID-19 Vaccination Distribution. All vaccine sites are closed for lunch from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.

During low transmission times, staff who are not up to date on their COVID-19 vaccines are not required to test weekly. Future testing cycle criteria may be revised based on increased transmission levels in the community. The CCSD Employee Healthline is open Monday-Friday, 5 a.m. – 4 p.m. (PT).
