Upcoming CCSD meetings, events, and observances

On Nov. 25, there will be no school for students, licensed employees, and nine-month support professionals. 

On Nov. 26, CCSD schools and offices will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving.

On Nov. 27, CCSD schools and offices will be closed in observance of Family Day.

Below is a listing of scheduled meetings, events and other observances. Meetings occasionally are rescheduled, so please check the links below as it gets closer to the planned date. When appropriate, CCSD may hold virtual meetings when gathering together in person is not possible.

Monday, Nov. 16 – The Board of School Trustees and the Audit Advisory Committee is scheduled to hold a joint meeting at 5 p.m. Click here to view the agenda when it has been posted.

Monday-Friday, Nov. 16-20 – CCSD reaffirms the value of public education to society and honors individuals who make a difference in children’s lives during American Education Week.

Thursday, Nov. 19 – On National Parental Involvement Day, CCSD honors parents and caregivers whose ongoing involvement in their children’s lives nurtures student success.

Thursday, Nov. 19 – The Board of School Trustees is scheduled to host a regular meeting at 5 p.m. Click here to view the agenda when it has been posted.

Sunday-Saturday, Nov. 22-28 – The District shows its appreciation to families for their important role and contributions to society during National Family Week.

Wednesday, Dec. 2  – The Board of School Trustees is scheduled to host a work session at 8 a.m. Click here to view the agenda when it has been posted.

Monday-Sunday, Dec. 7-13 – CCSD recognizes Hour of Code/Computer Science Education Week, intended to inspire students to take an interest in computer science.
