24 May Star Graduate 2021 – Legacy High School

Louie Cano is an exemplary student who is wise beyond his years. Throughout his time at Legacy High School, Louie Cano demonstrated commitment to excellence, compassion for others, and student leadership. Louie participated in the Legacy High School Orchestra Program for four years. During that time, he was a top performer who motivated others through his positive attitude and work ethic. In addition to demonstrating high personal performance standards in and outside of the classroom, he is always willing to assist others.

Academically, Louie challenged himself throughout high school by participating in AP and Honors courses. He is ranked 2nd in his cohort with a weighted GPA of 4.983. During the school closure of 2020-2021, he participated in a research project that was sponsored by Clark County Commissioner Weekly’s office. Louie’s project was designed to study the positive effects of using drones on a global basis to conduct danger prevention and deliver crucial supplies to underprivileged nations. He plans to study Political Science at UNLV after graduation. Legacy High School congratulates Star Graduate Louie Cano for a job well done.
