Star Grad – Spring Valley High School

Elizabeth (Lizzy) Tokarski exemplifies resilience, drive, and excellence. After experiencing several adversities growing up, Lizzy decided to work extra hard to accomplish her dreams, passions, and to make a difference in the world. This work has led her to excel in honors, AP, and dual credit course work…earning a 4.791 weighted GPA. On top of high-level coursework, she is completing two CTE strands: Teaching and Training and Theater Tech. She is an FCCLA state vice president, state and national medalist at FCCLA conferences, assistant stage manager for school theater productions, involved in extracurriculars such as co-founding the H.E.R. club, girls basketball team manager freshman year, and Youth Services volunteer at local libraries. Along with all of the hard work and academic achievement, Lizzy is empathetic and kind. She makes everyone feel welcome, supported, and heard. Spring Valley couldn’t be more proud of her!
