Marcus is a diligent student who has consistently taken rigorous courses. He is graduating with an Advanced Honors Diploma with a High Honors distinction. He has been academically recognized with both the Academic Letter and Academic Lamp and has earned the Presidential Award. Not only is he exceeding in his studies, he was also Captain of the Arbor View Football Team and was Honorable Mention Inside Linebacker of the 2022 Desert All League. In addition to this, he is one of the kindest and most genuine students to attend Arbor View High School. He is quick to lend a hand to others and encourage them to be their best selves both on and off of the football field. Tragically, during his Junior year, Marcus faced adversity that most students can’t even imagine. Through it all, he was able to maintain his high performance and continue to excel in all areas. Due to his hard work, he has been accepted to multiple in-state and out-of-state universities and has been awarded many scholarships. Marcus is definitely leaving a legacy at Arbor View, and we are excited to see what the future holds for him.
