Facilities Division launches user-friendly website

The Facilities Division website has a new look to be more user friendly. The website provides easier access to important information, and it enables internal and external customers to provide feedback.

“One of our goals is to improve internal and external communications to better serve all the stakeholders that come in contact with our division: schools, principals, parents, Board of Trustees, and other Clark County School District departments, etc.,” said Blake Cumbers, Associate Superintendent of Facilities. “The new website gives users a glimpse inside the world of CCSD Facilities and all the departments that encompass the division.”

The Facilities Division includes Facilities Asset Management; Construction Management; Real Property Management; Building Department; Contracts, Procurement & Compliance; Demographics, Zoning, GIS; and Facilities and Bond Fund Financial Management.

The old website did not allow Facilities to receive feedback. The new website has added a feature under the “Contact Us” section that allows individuals to submit a message. The Facilities Division welcomes any suggestions or comments from the public and fellow employees, as it is continually working to improve its practices and provide the highest level of service.

The new Facilities Division website also allows users to get information about CCSD’s current Capital Projects by linking them to cip.ccsd.net, a separate site dedicated to CCSD’s Capital Improvement Program. Moreover, users can also access the most up-to-date data on student enrollment, classroom capacities, zoning maps and more through our Demographics and Zoning section.
