The Clark County School District (CCSD) will receive $5.8 million over five years from Toyota to help provide access to innovative technology and benefit STEM programs at Red Rock Elementary School, Frank F. Garside Junior High School and Bonanza High School.
The initiative will expand hands-on STEM learning opportunities, strengthen wraparound supports for families, and deepen school community partnerships.
This will also allow educators access to professional development opportunities to strengthen instruction and expand STEM integration.
The investment, which is part of Toyota’s Driving Possibilities program, was announced on Tuesday, October 7, during an event at Garside Junior High School with Superintendent Jhone Ebert and Board of School Trustees President Irene Bustamante Adams in attendance.
This is part of CCSD’s work to become the Destination District through creating strong partnerships with the broader community that encourage innovation.
CCSD thanks Toyota for these investments in our students and staff!
