LAS VEGAS – The Clark County School District (CCSD) has extended the Destination District Survey through Sunday, November 30, providing community members additional time to share their perspectives and help shape the District’s future. The survey is now open at weareccsd.net/survey.

CCSD has already received more than 33,600 responses from students, families, educators, and community members who have shared their perspectives on how CCSD can best serve students and prepare them for a successful future.

CCSD extended the survey with the goal of gathering a total of 50,000 responses before it closes on November 30.

The survey takes about five minutes to complete, is available in multiple languages, and all responses are anonymous. Feedback will inform the District’s long-term planning, strategic priorities, and the development of a new strategic plan launching in 2026.

What Comes Next

In late January, CCSD will share key findings from the survey during the State of the District event. These insights will guide Destination District Community Dream Sessions this winter, where CCSD will continue to gather input. Combined with survey data, this input will shape the vision and priorities that guide CCSD’s next chapter.

“As we head into Thanksgiving week, we’re grateful for the thousands of individuals who have already shared their thoughts,” CCSD Superintendent Jhone Ebert said. “Your voices are helping us build a future that reflects the hopes and strengths of the entire CCSD community as we work to become a Destination District.”

Original News Release

The Clark County School District (CCSD) is inviting all members of the community – including students, employees, families and community members – to share their voices and help shape the District’s future through the Destination District Survey, open November 7 – 26, 2025, at weareccsd.net/destination.

“The goal for CCSD’s next phase is simple but powerful: to make CCSD the Destination District — where every student, employee, and family chooses to belong because they believe in what’s possible,” said CCSD Superintendent Jhone Ebert.

“I invite every member of our community to take this survey, whether or not they have a direct connection to our schools,” Ebert said. “Every voice and every experience matters as we work together to make CCSD the Destination District.”

The survey takes about five minutes to complete and is available in multiple languages. All responses are anonymous and will inform the District’s long-term goals and planning efforts.

Next steps in the Destination District journey

Following the survey, CCSD will share the community’s feedback early in the year during the State of the Schools event. The key themes from the survey will help shape Destination District Community Dream Sessions this winter, where we’ll continue gathering ideas and input. Data from the survey and community sessions will be analyzed throughout the winter and spring to inform the development of the new strategic plan, which is scheduled to launch in 2026.

Community members are encouraged to take the survey and share their thoughts on social media using #WeAreCCSD and #DestinationDistrict.
