CCSD celebrates Nevada Reading Week

Schools and students throughout the Clark County School District (CCSD) celebrate Nevada Reading Week, Feb. 28 through March 4 with the theme of “Catch the Reading Wave.” Schools engage students in fun reading activities, spirit days, and promote learning through literacy.

Nevada Reading Week is a statewide initiative that was started in 1987 by the Nevada Department of Education for Nevada teachers and librarians to celebrate reading through shared thematic activities.
