The Clark County School District (CCSD) is celebrating American Education Week (AEW) from November 17-21.
This annual week-long event will celebrate the amazing CCSD professionals who play an important part in our students’ success. Each day will feature a theme that recognizes the contributions of these professionals and highlights the importance of quality public schools.

CCSD kicked off American Education Week (AEW) with a ribbon-cutting event at Eldorado High School’s new library! This remodeling project included upgrades to the library’s wiring and data service to support current and future technology programs. CCSD Trustee Brenda Zamora, Superintendent Jhone Ebert, and Deputy Superintendent of Teaching and Learning Dr. Jesse Welsh were in attendance.

Approximately 30 CCSD school namesakes gathered at South Career and Technical Academy to celebrate their continued support of our school communities. Superintendent Ebert had the opportunity to speak to our education leaders about the District’s long-term goals.
