CCSD Board of Trustees elect new officers for 2023

The Clark County School District (CCSD) Board of School Trustees elected their officers for the 2023 calendar year during a work session public meeting today. The Board selected Trustee Evelyn Garcia Morales to serve as president, Trustee Lola Brooks to serve as vice president, and Trustee Irene Bustamante Adams to serve as clerk.

  • Trustee Evelyn Garcia Morales represents District C and was first elected to the CCSD Board of School Trustees in 2020. 
  • Representing District E, Trustee Lola Brooks, was first elected to the Board in 2016.
  • Trustee Irene Bustamante Adams represents District F, and was first elected to the Board in 2022.

 

“As a Board, our top priority is our students, families, and the District’s more than 40,000 employees,” said CCSD President Evelyn Garcia Morales. “We look forward to working together as we continue our focus on student academic outcomes and the hard work ahead to ensure our students receive a top-notch education.”
