Agenda Item 4.01 – Notice of Intent — Clark County School District Regulation 5131

The Clark County School District (CCSD) Board of School Trustees approved a Notice of Intent to amend Regulation 5131, Dress and Appearance. The regulation is expected to come back to the Board for final approval in June.

The updates cover modifications to the basic student dress code and standard student attire.

Agenda Item 4.03 Notice of Intent — Clark County School District Regulation 5114.1

Trustees approved a Notice of Intent to amend Regulation 5114.1, Discipline: Suspension Procedures.

The updates include changes in accordance with Assembly Bill 67 and Senate Bill 354 from the 2021 Nevada Legislature. The regulation is expected to come back to the Board for final approval in June.
