LAS VEGAS – Agenda Item 2.13 – Storm Damage Improvements at Earl B. Lundy Elementary School
The Clark County School District (CCSD) Board of School Trustees approved the contract for Martin-Harris Construction, LLC. to repair and make improvements to Earl B. Lundy Elementary School for $7.8 million. The District’s general obligation bonds for capital improvements will fund the repairs.

Agenda Item 4.01 – Compliance Monitoring Update
Trustees accepted the compliance monitoring update related to the corrective action plan requested by the Nevada Department of Education (NDE).
CCSD provided the initial corrective action plan to NDE on December 27, 2024. On December 31, 2024, a request was received from the Superintendent of Public Instruction for additional specificity in the plan. The District provided NDE with the revised corrective action plan on January 7, 2025, and received approval of the plan on January 9, 2025. The District has begun much of the implementation and will continue until it is completely adopted.
