Noah Parks is a valedictorian candidate at Southeast Career and Technical Academy (SECTA) with a 4.95 weighted GPA. Noah has challenged himself with the most rigorous course of study while being an active member of his school and community. He has taken honors, Advanced Placement, and Dual Enrollment courses and will graduate high school with 21 college credits. He has been a volunteer at Sunrise Children’s Hospital for four years, in addition to participating in various service projects through the National Honor Society. Noah is passionate about politics and is an intern at the City of Henderson City Attorney’s Office. He would like to enact true systemic change in the career he pursues. Noah has demonstrated his leadership abilities through his work in SkillsUSA and as a semifinalist at the Southern Nevada Regional Science Fair where he completed a research project on economics and public health. In addition to his busy academic and extra-curricular activities, Noah has utilized his culinary arts skills in the food industry by working at Rosati’s Pizza, Cowabunga Bay, and Dutch Brothers. Noah would like to study economics and neuroscience to pursue a career in Law or Medicine.
