Conor Cloutier first arrived at Del Sol Academy of the Performing Arts as an ambitious eighth grader, eager to meet with his future high school counselor and map out an academic plan that would set him on the path to achieving his ultimate goal: Valedictorian. His dedication and perseverance have never wavered, and he remains a top candidate for Valedictorian while working toward a College and Career Ready Diploma. Conor aspires to be commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force or United States Navy, and as part of the highly competitive application process, he received a Military Appointment from Senator Jacky Rosen and Congresswoman Dina Titus. His hard work and determination have culminated in his acceptance to the United States Air Force Academy, where he will continue his journey of leadership and service.
While Conor’s academic and personal achievements are impressive, they are matched—if not surpassed—by his unwavering commitment to leadership and community service. He has dedicated over 1,176 hours to serving his community through various initiatives, including serving as captain of his robotics team, leading them to the state finals for two consecutive years; volunteering to support homeless youth and assisting students with disabilities in career development; mentoring middle school students in robotics, helping them with coding and building; tutoring as a National Honor Society member; and captaining a National Cyber League team, guiding them through global cybersecurity competitions. As a leader, Conor understands that success is a collective effort, and he strives to create an environment where every team member is empowered to reach their full potential.
Beyond his academic and service-oriented pursuits, Conor is a well-rounded student-athlete, competing as a varsity golf player and excelling as an Advanced Placement (AP) Scholar. His relentless dedication to excellence, both in the classroom and in service to others, will undoubtedly continue as he embarks on his next chapter at the United States Air Force Academy.
