Desert Pines High School is proud to recognize Alyssa Barrera as the 2025 Star Graduate!
Alyssa Barrera embodies the epitome of academic excellence and leadership. Not only does she excel academically, but she also is a student athlete and an active leader on campus. Alyssa is the Student Body President and an integral member of the Varsity Girls Soccer Team. During her time at Desert Pines High School, she has served as the President of the National Honor Society and has also been involved in the Student Organization of Latinos, displaying her dedication to both her studies and community. Alyssa’s relentless work ethic, determination, time management, and unwavering commitment to her responsibilities make her an inspiring figure among her peers. With her exceptional qualities, she undoubtedly sets a great example for future generations of leaders while positively impacting Desert Pines High School. Alyssa’s post-graduation plans include attending a 4-year college to pursue a career as a dermatologist while continuing to play soccer.
