Clark County School District (CCSD) Interim Superintendent Dr. Brenda Larsen-Mitchell delivered the annual State of the Schools address at Del Sol Academy of the Performing Arts, highlighting student and employee achievements, district systems and structures, and community support.
CCSD Board of School Trustees President Irene Bustamante Adams attended alongside other Trustees. The event featured a performance by Del Sol Academy’s Dance Company and a presentation of the colors by its JROTC Color Guard.
The 2025 State of the Schools Address reaffirmed CCSD’s strong foundation, built by the dedication of educators, staff, and students. This year’s theme, Working Hard with Kindness, celebrated progress while emphasizing the district’s commitment to moving forward with confidence. Dr. Larsen-Mitchell reflected on CCSD’s achievements, highlighted its stability and strength, and recognized the dedication of educators. From innovative initiatives to daily classroom efforts, the event showcased how CCSD continues to support student success.
