Star Grad – Desert Rose High School

Jessie Esparza arrived at Desert Rose High School and immediately went to work. He earned 20 credits throughout the 2023-24 school year. During his first semester here at Desert Rose, his GPA jumped to a 3.0 and he earned 8 credits during this time alone. His hard work and dedication in regards to his educational journey were quite apparent. He would consistently overcome the struggles of arriving at school and would always show up with a bright and positive attitude. Throughout Jessie’s time at DRHS, he helped many of his friends stay on track to graduate and also would help his teachers out if they ever needed it. Overall, Jessie is an amazing, diligent, and hardworking student who exemplifies our motto of RISE!
