Nevada Moves Day is a statewide celebration of walking, biking and rolling to school. All students, school staff and families are encouraged to get physically active to commemorate the day on March 20.
This event highlights the benefits, opportunities and barriers around safe walking and biking to and from school. These types of physical activities before school help get students’ brains supplied with oxygen and ready to learn.
