Since Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak issued the directive to close all schools in the state, CCSD has taken steps to comply with the state’s guidance to provide distance education, as well as supporting essential functions.
This morning, CCSD received clarifying information from the Governor’s Office that the determination of essential functions of the District’s operations were left to the Superintendent. CCSD is working with the Education Support Employees Association (ESEA) to maintain essential functions of the district to serve our families and community.
