13 Apr Mojave High School robotics program awarded $10,000 grant
Amazon and VanTrust Real Estate made a donation of $10,000 to Mojave High School’s new manufacturing and robotics program to commemorate the celebration of the new fulfillment center in North Las Vegas.
Representatives of Clark County School District accepted the checks on behalf of the school in early April. Amazon’s donation will give students the chance to learn about the cutting-edge technology that will be used in Amazon facilities across the country.
“This donation will help further our cutting-edge STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education at Mojave,” said Mojave High School Principal Greg Cole. “We’re grateful to have Amazon and VanTrust as partners investing in our students and their future here in Nevada.”
