CCSD FACES invites the community to a Family Workshop & Resource Fair

The Clark County School District (CCSD) Family and Community Engagement Services Department (FACES) and Title I Services invite parents and families to the upcoming Title I Family Learning Resource Academy (FLRA) Family Learning Workshop and Community Resource Fair.

The FLRA STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) Family Learning Workshop and Community Resource Fair will be held at Dr. William Pearson Community Center, 1625 W. Carey, North Las Vegas on Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. The Southern Nevada Regional Professional Development Program will be assisting attendees with new hands-on family learning projects. FACES staff will also be helping families with the 2019-20 registration support and community partners will provide free resources.

School aged children who are enrolled in school are not permitted to attend the event, as the event is scheduled during school hours with a focus on providing resources to parents and families. There will be free childcare for children between the ages of 3-5. Spanish translation services will be provided.
